What is Outbound ?

Outbound, the word itself, means "towards outside". Generally speaking, Outbound is a series of group activities to promote team spirit, teamwork, collaboration, and relationship. Instead of competing and focusing on attractive final prize, Outbound is focusing on the process to allow participants working and solving problems together.

Where is the best place for Outbound ?

Nothing specific, any spacious area for large group to do activities is suitable. It can be outdoor field, indoor meeting room, or multi-purpose sport hall. However, it's preferable to do it in an outdoor field for health reason. Research shows that walking barefoot on the grass can improve blood circulation and reduce stress or anxiety.

Who needs Outbound ?

Everyone needs to go for Outbound activity. Participants can go as a group, e.g. company outing, school retreat, family gathering.

What things to consider when we organize Outbound?

Budget, Location, Venue, Accomodation, Food, Outbound Instructor, etc. We recommend that annual budget should be set for company outing which can improve employee's teamwork and increase employee's morale.

What are the best locations for outbound?

People like to do Outbound in Puncak Bogor. It has nice weather for whole year round, neither too hot not too cold. The weather is a perfect fit to conduct physical activity comfortably.

What is the ideal group size for family gathering ?

It depends. All the extended family members should be invited. It's the first thing we should consider before we organize as it will impact the budget, choice of venue, transportation, and food.

How do we choose a venue ?

We need to pick a venue with large outdoor area and meeting room. These two facilities are necessary items for hosting a family gathering. We should research which resort can provide large outdoor area and meeting room. It's also necessary to do site visit to confirm whether the venue is suitable.

What happen if it rains ?

Although Puncak is a favorite place for family gathering, it occasionaly rains. In addition to outdoor area, we also provide indoor multi-purpose hall that can be used to host group activities.

What are the things to consider for family gathering ?

1. Spacious Parking: As most of the family members are using their private cars, it's very important to have spacious parking for cars. We have more than 40 parking lots throughout the resort area, enough for a large family gathering.
2. All-in-one food package: We provide all-in-one food package for our guests to choose from. Family members do not have to cook food by themselves, they can relax and mingle together to enjoy family gathering. Our staff will prepare the meals and snack throughout the day for the guests.
3. Large Meeting Room and Multi-purpose Hall: They can be used by our guests to conduct group activities together, such as fun games, family praying, group singing, etc
4. Swimming Pool (Adult & Kids): It is the most popular area for family gathering activity, lots of fun games can be conducted there.

How frequent should a retreat be held ?

Retreat can be held for various groups, such as school, church, etc. In the school, the retreat can be conducted once a year for graduating class, such as SD kelas 6, SMP kelas 3, SMA kelas 3. In the church, it depends on the need, congregation size, and theme. Church can organize several group retreats in a year, depends on the targeted audience.

Which activities during a retreat?

Different activities can be planned for a retreat. We should consider the purpose of the retreat before planning it. It will impact the consideration in choosing the venue. We may need to have customized meeting room layout, such as table and chair arrangement. As some groups prefer to sit on the floor, we may need to set up carpet in the meeting room. Our staff is ready to set up personalized arrangement for your retreat.

The meeting room is equipped with sound board, microphone, and speakers which can be used for singing and praying. In addition, we can also provide inFocus presentation projector

Our meeting room and restaurant are all within walking distance. They are nearby to each other, convenient for participants to walk. All of our facilities are also near to the guest rooms.

While walking between different facilities, guests can enjoy nature view, fresh air, and grass. As soon as you enter the premises, you feel refreshed and relaxed.
